the staff were friendly and willing to help with any issues. the hotel was surrounded by tropical plants and had a beautiful central swimming pool. Our room was spacious with an extensive choice of home-cooked food served during breakfast. the location was serene and quiet by day, with several nearby tourist attractions and beautiful sights to see. the modern room upgrade was perfect, complementing the old pousada design very well.
The Wi-Fi signal wasn't strong enough in some areas; we preferred to sit out on the balcony to use the internet.

La struttura è grande e ben curata, con una piscina stupenda e molte altre comodità come bar, ristorante e un anfiteatro immerso nel verde. Ho alloggiato nella camera deluxe, che aveva una vista mozzafiato e una piscina privata, il top! Il personale era cordiale e disponibile, mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio sin dal primo giorno. Inoltre, il fatto di avere la tessera club ha reso tutto molto comodo, non ho mai avuto bisogno di contanti o carte. La posizione dell'hotel era ottima, vicino al mare e con negozi nelle vicinanze. La pulizia era impeccabile e il personale dell'animazione ha fatto un ottimo lavoro coinvolgendo gli ospiti.
Non ho avuto proprio nessun problema.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issues I had. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the tropical plants around the central swimming pool were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had plenty of home-cooked options.

The breakfast at this hotel was incredible with a lot of options and homemade dishes. the swimming pool was surrounded by tropical plants providing a lush and peaceful atmosphere. the staff was friendly and willing to help with any issues we had during our stay. the hotel was located on a quiet street, perfect for getting a good night's sleep after a busy day.
The wifi signal wasn't strong in some areas of the hotel and we had to sit on the balcony to use the internet. the bathrooms still had the older, concrete design that could use some updating.
